It is the result of organically grown grapes harvested near the end of August. The chardonnay of our vineyards is vinified in stainless steel tanks at regulated low temperatures on our own wine farm.
A wine with intense charm combining strength, richness and complexity. Its yellowish golden color, its aromas of exotic fruit on the nose as well as its long after taste, give a powerful cosmopolitan character to the wine. It ideally accompanies white meat dishes, sea food, parmesan risotto, white sauce salads, cheese and fruit.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON - MERLOT
With respect to the old traditional wine technique we have produced a dry red wine which harmonically blends Cabernet - Sauvignon and Merlot.
The combination of aromas of vanilla, (dried) fig and plum as well as its rich taste are in perfect match with its deep ruby color and its velvet texture. Its 12 month ageing in wooden oak barrels tames its strong tannin. It ideally accompanies red meet, game dishes and pasta dishes with red sauces. Wine that can be left to mature (in your cellar).

Wine with pale salmon color according to Provence Gold Standards. An excellent nose with aromas of rose pedals characteristic of this variety combined with aromas of hyacinth and evening primrose. Pleasant and refreshing taste on the pallet due to each acidity. It leaves a fruity and medium lasting finish. To be served at 10 to 12 oC. It goes well with fish dishes such as grilled salmon, pasta salad and risotto with seafood. Contemorary Nymphes will simply love it.

A young wine with an exceptionally clear yellow-green color. Lemon blossom aromas on the nose combined with complex aromas of white flesh peaches, green pears and notes of melon. Strong lemon mouth sense with – taste. To be served at 10-11 oC. The Satyr wine perfectly pairs with oysters, grilled fish and blends well with cheese croquettes, savoury cheese and prosciutto crudo.

It has a balanced character with aromas of citrus fruit, melon and notes of roses and lemon flowers. It displays a refreshing acidity in the mouth with a rare metallic long aftertaste. It pairs well with fish, seafood, white meat, poultry and pasta dishes with light sauces. Served as an aperitif too, at 10-12°C.
