With respect to the old traditional wine technique we have produced a dry red wine which harmonically blends Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot. The combination of aromas of vanilla, (dried) fig and plum as well as its rich taste are in perfect match with its deep ru by colour and its velvet texture. Its 12 month ageing in wooden oak barrels tames its strong tannins. It ideally accompanies red meet, game dishes and pasta dishes with red sauces. Wine that can be left to mature (in your cellar).
